Chiranjeevi Yojana Server Down: Admission, Discharge, Claim Process Stuck

Today the server of Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme went down in the hospitals of the entire state including Jaipur. Due to the server being down from around 2 pm to 5 pm, the work of admission, discharge, and claim process of patients in the hospital came to a halt. After 5 pm, when the server started again, then these works started. Due to this, there was a pile of files on these counters.
In all government and private hospitals including SMS Hospital, Jaipuria, there was a crowd of relatives of patients at the Chiranjeevi registration counter in Jaipur. Admission of patients was affected for 3 hours. At the same time, the patients who were discharged from the hospital were also stuck for getting the discharge ticket made. Here the process of claims of patients admitted to the hospital also came to a standstill.
The biggest problem happened in SMS Hospital in Jaipur. Because admitted patients whose doctors leave after treatment, mostly do it after 2 pm. Because till 2 pm there is a crowd at the counter for admission. The discharged patients have to go to the counter for verification and get photographed, only after which the patient leaves the hospital.
