China's Deputy Foreign Minister met the Ambassador of India: Said- both countries have to think far away

China's Deputy Minister Sun Weidong has met India's Ambassador Pradeep Kumar Rawat in Beijing. During this meeting, Sun Weidong said that everything is going well at the China-India border.
He also said that there is a need to keep the future in mind rather than looking at India-China relations only in the context of the present. Both countries should think far away. Sun also said that the disputes between the two countries need to be properly resolved.
After the meeting held a week before India's Republic Day, the Foreign Ministry of China has also issued a statement. It states that China will have to increase dialogue with India. The leaders of both countries i.e. PM Modi and Xi Jinping should insist on building consensus on many issues.
India's ambassador to China, Pradeep Kumar Rawat, also insisted on maintaining peace between the two countries. He said that the world is going through a lot of situations right now. Meanwhile, increasing coordination between India and China will benefit both countries.
This meeting has been done from the Chinese side when a report claimed that because of China, 26 out of 65 patrolling points in eastern Ladakh are such that Indian soldiers are unable to patrol.
This report was presented by Leh-Ladakh SP PD Nitya in a meeting recently. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and NSA Ajit Doval were also present at this meeting.
The first information about this report was given by the English newspaper The Hindu. Talking to The Hindu, a defence source said – We have not lost any part of our land. There are definitely some areas where the soldiers of both countries are not patrolling. We have also installed many cameras in the areas from where there was an agreement to withdraw.
The army is working with the civil administration in these areas. This report has come at a time when India had alleged that China was trying to unilaterally change the area a month ago.
