Central government going to take big decision: People associated with terrorism-Naxalism will lose their ownership of the property

The central government is going to take another major decision in the direction of curbing terrorism and Naxalism. Under this, the ownership rights of those who provide financial help to terrorists and Naxalites are being abolished from their property. Due to this, even the relatives of the people associated with terrorism and Naxalism will not be able to sell their property. Its maximum impact will be in Jammu and Kashmir, Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, North Eastern states and Odisha.
Sources in the Ministry of Home Affairs said that selling the property of people involved in activities like terrorism is used in terror funding. Especially in Jammu and Kashmir, more than 4000 people went to Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir to conduct terrorist activities. His relatives and relatives sell his property. These include house, shop, land, vehicle, bank balance etc.
The names of such people will be removed from the land records and will be rejected from the records after 7 years. Patwaris of the respective states are being empowered to keep records of such property, whose real owner (involved in terrorism-naxalism) does not know how to cultivate. After this happens for seven years, the owner will be shown dead and his name will be rejected from the land records after taking the permission of the collector.
Many people involved in terrorism are underground. The property in his name is sold by family or relatives. Consent is being taken from the state governments in this regard. In the coming days, this rule should also be extended to those people who have been associated with organizations like PFI and SIMI.
