Candidate arrived for the exam by applying the skin of a friend's thumb: Removed the skin on a hot pan

A surprising case has come to light from Vadodara, Gujarat. To pass the railway exam here, a boy sent his friend instead of himself. Not only this, he gave the skin of his thumb to a friend for biometric verification by cutting and pasting it, so that his lie in the biometric is not caught. This exam was on 22nd August.
Manish Kumar, a resident of Bihar, kept his thumb on a hot pan, as soon as the skin of the thumb started coming out, he cut it and gave it to his friend Rajyaguru Gupta to stick on his thumb. After this, instead of himself, he sent Rajyaguru to give the exam. When Rajyaguru reached the center to give the exam, he was asked to do biometric verification. As soon as he placed his thumb on the biometric scanner, the machine did not accept his thumb.
He tried to verify it again and again but it was not verified. In the meantime, when the faculty present there got suspicious, they sprinkled sanitizer on his hand and the skin of his thumb came out. As soon as the skin came out, its pole was exposed.
The police arrested both of them on charges of cheating and forgery. A case has been registered under sections 465, 419, and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. At the same time, the police told that Manish was not good at his studies, while his friend Rajyaguru was very good at his studies. Manish wanted a job in the Railways. The thought came into his mind that why not send the Rajyaguru to give the exam?
Around 600 candidates appeared in the exam. To prevent any kind of fraud, all the candidates were required to give their thumb impression. For this, their Aadhaar data was checked through a biometric device.
