Dr Vo has admitted to purchasing most of the cosmetic drugs from a 'med spa' in Mexicali, Mexico. All these medicines were smuggled to America without informing them. He said that he used to get $100,767 for the services of unapproved drugs. As part of his plea agreement, the 47-year-old doctor agreed to pay restitution and a $201,534 fine to the victims.
