Boy entered Priyanka Chopra's balcony: Father had closed the windows, banned her from wearing western clothes

Priyanka Chopra recently told that when she returned to India from America after spending many years, her father's attitude towards her was very strict. Priyanka was 12 years old when she went to America. After returning at the age of 16, her lifestyle changed. American hormones had come inside him, which his father did not like at all. Priyanka told that the boys of the city used to follow him. Once a boy came up to the balcony, after which his father got the window of the house closed. Not only this, he had banned Priyanka from wearing Western clothes.
During an interview on The Howard Stern Show, Priyanka recalled that her father Ashok Chopra had locked the windows of her room and confiscated all her Western clothes. Priyanka said that her father had even hired a driver to be with her all the time. She could not travel anywhere alone.
Remembering her father, Priyanka said- 'My father was of conservative views because he sent a 12-year-old girl to America with bread, he considered himself cool. Years later, I returned to India with American hormones and food.
Priyanka further said- 'I was more mature at the age of 16 than my father. Had I returned to a small town in India, I would have enjoyed myself here as well as I used to live in America. The boys used to follow me to my house. Once a boy came up to my balcony late at night, after this incident my father got nets installed on the window. All the jeans were confiscated and said that you have to wear Indian suits. I was understanding everything, but meanwhile, my career took off. I felt really bad for my father.
Priyanka admitted that when she returned to India, she was arrogant and short-tempered. He said- 'I could not understand the seriousness of this decision of the father at that time. I thought that no one could harm me. Whenever I think about it, I remember the day someone was outside my bedroom. He had jumped on my balcony and I saw him and screamed. I went to my father. As soon as my father came, he ran away. The next day my father told me – you need rules.
In an interview given to the Today Show, Priyanka told that she felt very ostracized after going to America. Priyanka said that initially, she didn't know her way around the cafeteria, so she used to eat chips alone in the toilet.
