The flats which people were not buying even for Rs 9 lakh two years ago, for that one room flat now bids have been raised up to Rs 31.66 lakh.
Housing Board Commissioner Pawan Arora told that it is really shocking to get so many bids for this small flat. He told that 550 flats of Dwarkapuri Yojana located in Pratap Nagar Sector 26 of Jaipur were put up for auction on Wednesday, out of which 289 flats have been sold. In this, 29 flats which were on the ground floor were sold between Rs 15 lakh to Rs 31.66 lakh.
The commissioner told that the Housing Board had tried to sell these flats even during the Covid period. Then no one was buying these flats even for Rs 9 lakh. But now the trend of people has started increasing again for the housing board flats. He told that more than 5 people had bid for this flat, in which a person named Naveen Kumar Sharma bought the highest amount of Rs 31 lakh 66,150.
