Karnataka News: Legislative Council member Pujari said that BJP's fact-finding committee visited Shivamogga on Thursday. He alleged, 'The Hindus of Ragiguda area of Shivamogga are facing the same situation which was created for Kashmiri Pandits to leave the valley. It is a tragedy that a senior minister gave a statement that it was Hindus who had come in disguise to commit violence.

BJP attacks Siddaramaiah regime, says Hindus are unsafe in Karnataka

Karnataka BJP leader and former minister Kota Srinivas Pujari has said that Hindus are unsafe in the government led by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. Speaking to the media, Legislative Council member Pujari said that the BJP's fact-finding committee visited Shivamogga on Thursday.

Recently there was violence during Eid-e-Milad protests in Shivamogga City. The BJP leader alleged, 'The Hindus of Ragiguda area of Shivamogga are facing the same situation which was created for Kashmiri Pandits to leave the valley.' Pujari said it was a tragedy that a senior minister made the statement. That it was the Hindus who had come in disguise to commit violence.

Shivamogga district in-charge minister Madhu Bangarappa had recently said that if a trident can be waved then what is wrong in polishing a sword? The government, which is trying to downplay the incident, has estimated the loss at Rs 75,000.
