The creator of ChatGate, OpenAI, has announced several initiatives to fight false information by 2024. In this series, the creator of a bot that mimics an American politician has been banned by the company.

It is known that elections will be held in America this year in addition to India. The business wishes to use this circumstance to showcase its platform and offer accurate voting-related information. With the new policies, the company is concentrating on increasing transparency.

According to information revealed by the Washington Post, OpenAI has suspended the account of start-up Delphi. Start-up Delphi was selected to build Dean.Bot.

This bot is used to talk to voters in real-time through a website. That being said, this is OpenAI's initial attempt to suspend the account. It's thought that OpenAI is limiting the application of AI in political campaigns with this move.

According to a representative for OpenAI, content creators using the company's tools are required to abide by its usage guidelines.

Due to the developer's account's violations of the API usage guidelines, it has been suspended. The tool cannot be used for political campaigning following the policies.

Simulating someone else without that person's permission is likewise against the policies. It is well known that the company has previously stated that one of its main goals is to prevent the misuse of its tools.
