In consideration of the T20 World Cup, the board also named Gary Kirsten, the coach responsible for India's victory in the competition. However, the team's performance is the same.

Batting for Pakistan, Sam Ayub scored 45 runs in 29 balls, which included four fours and three sixes. Captain Babar Azam also scored a half-century and scored 57 runs in 43 balls.
