The basement was filled with water due to rain in Jaipur. The victims could not get out in time and drowned in the rainwater. Due to this, he died. Let us tell you that the basement was filled with so much water that there were a lot of difficulties even during the rescue operation. The bodies of all three could be recovered seven hours after the rescue operation started.

According to the Meteorological Center Jaipur, in the last 24 hours till 8.30 am on Wednesday, light to moderate rain occurred at some places in western Rajasthan and heavy rain at some places in eastern Rajasthan.

During this period, Karauli received the highest rainfall of 80 mm, while Gadra Road in Barmer, western Rajasthan recorded 32.5 mm of rain.

Due to rain in Fatehpur, low-lying areas including the main bus stand, Nadine Lee Prince Haveli, and Mandawa Road underpass culvert were waterlogged. Houses near the Panchmukhi Balaji temple were flooded.

Due to heavy rains, reports of collapse of houses have also come from some places. While the road collapsed in some places. In Jaipur's Jamdoli area, a school bus and a van carrying children got stuck due to the road caving in suddenly. Its pictures have also surfaced which are going viral on social media.
