Before August 15, a conspiracy like the Uri attack in Rajouri's Pargal in Jammu and Kashmir failed. Here some terrorists tried to enter the army camp late on Wednesday night. After this, the security forces retaliated. Two terrorists were killed in this. Three soldiers of the army were also martyred in the firing. 5 jawans are injured. Pargal Camp is at a distance of 25 km from Rajouri.
According to information received from 11 Rashtriya Rifles, this is a suicide attack on the army camp. Two terrorists were killed in this. However, it is not yet known how many terrorists carried out this attack. The search operation is going on in the entire area.
Mukesh Singh, ADGP, Jammu Zone, said, "Someone tried to cross the fence of the army camp in Pargal, Darhal area of ​​Rajouri, during which shots were fired from both sides." Additional teams have been sent up to six kilometres away from Darhal police station.
On 18 September 2016, 4 terrorists entered the army camp in Uri, Kashmir at 5.30 am and attacked. Within 3 minutes, the terrorists hurled more than 15 grenades, in which 19 army personnel were martyred. The soldiers of the army gave a befitting reply and opened fire on the terrorists. Four terrorists were killed in the army's retaliation.
There was anger in the whole country about this attack. The Indian Army did a surgical strike by entering PoK on the night of 28-29 September to respond to this attack. In this 38 to 40 terrorists were killed.
A day earlier, i.e. on Wednesday, 3 Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists were killed by security forces in the Waterhole area of ​​Budgam district in Jammu and Kashmir. One of the slain terrorists was Latif Rather, who was involved in the killing of several civilians including Kashmiri Pandit Rahul Bhat, and Amrin Bhat.
