The Rajasthan Housing Board extended the last date of application for the housing schemes launched in several cities including Jaipur, and Jodhpur last month. People will now be able to apply online till April 20. However, the process of application has been stopped on March 31 after more forms came in Pratap Nagar's Mahi Apartment and Independent Duplex scheme Greenwood Mansions.
Housing Board Commissioner Pawan Arora told – The residential schemes that have come out in Pratap Nagar of Jaipur. They are being charged GST of Rs 50 thousand or more along with the registration money. There is confusion among the people that if the application is not received, then their GST amount will not be refunded. It is not so, for those who do not get a house or a flat in the lottery. They will be given back the registration fee including GST. Only the application fee and processing fee will not be refunded.
Commissioner Pawan Arora said that out of 7 schemes launched in Jaipur's Pratap Nagar, applications in 3 schemes have been closed since March 31. More applications have come in these three schemes than the number of houses. 199 people have applied for 39 flats in the Samriddhi Yojana of G+2 flats (MIG A) in Sector 22. While 152 applications were received for the second part of the same scheme, the Stealth Plus 6 (MIG A) scheme of 120 flats. Due to this, we have stopped the application in these schemes from 31st March.
Independent duplex scheme launched in Jaipur's Pratap Nagar, Greenwood Mansions has received 444 applications, more than double for a total of 164 houses in HIG 1 and HIG 2. It has 234 for 46 duplexes of HIG 1 and 210 for 118 duplexes of HIG 2. After receiving double the applications, the application process has also been closed in Greenwood Mansions from March 31.
