Apple Watch gets a big feature which is a gift for fitness enthusiasts
Apple Watch: The Apple Watch Activity app shows three rings to track your daily movement and fitness goals. At the same time, the Fitness app on iPhone shows users a detailed analysis of their activity progress, along with trends and awards earned.

On the completion of 10 years of Apple Watch's popular Activity Rings, Apple has announced a special international fitness challenge. To commemorate the occasion, those users who successfully close all their three rings Move, Exercise, and Stand on Apr. 24 will be awarded with limited-edition "Global Close Your Rings Day." Additionally, they will also earn 10 animated stickers along with a special badge digitally in the Messages app.
Not only that, Apple also unveiled a physical pin in celebration of this anniversary award. The special pin will be available in Apple Stores globally from April 24, but the quantity will be limited, so it will be first come, first served. The Activity app in Apple Watch displays three rings to monitor your everyday movement and exercise goals. The Fitness app in iPhone, however, displays to the users a detailed breakdown of their activity progress, along with trends and rewards earned.
Over the past decade, Apple's Activity has not only become a means of fitness tracking, but also increased the awareness of users towards health and lifestyle. On the occasion of this milestone, Apple shared some important points of its Heart and Movement Study, in which data of more than 1.4 lakh participants was analyzed.
According to the study, people who regularly close their activity rings were found to have significantly less sleep problems, increased resting heart rate and stress symptoms. According to the data, such people face 48% less poor sleep quality. Their resting heart rate is less likely to increase by 73% and reporting of stress symptoms was reduced by 57%. These trends were also seen equally in users of different ages and genders.
