Apple introduced two new MacBook Air with M3 chipset, know the features, price and all important details

Apple has brought new MacBooks for its customers, which use a 3nm M3 chipset. Last Monday, March 4, Apple introduced two new models of MacBook Air. This includes 13-inch and 15-inch models.

The company has made some minor changes or rather upgrades to these models. The most special thing in this is the battery life of these devices, which is claimed to last for 18 hours. Here we will know about the price and other details of these devices.

Apple MacBook Air (2024) Price:

• The price of the 13-inch Apple MacBook Air with M3 chipset, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage has been set at Rs 1,14,900. Its 8GB RAM + 512GB storage model costs Rs 1,34,900, while the 16GB RAM + 512GB built-in storage model costs Rs 1,54,900.
• The 15-inch MacBook Air costs Rs 1,34,900 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model, Rs 1,54,900 for the 8GB RAM + 512GB storage variant, and Rs 1,54,900 for the 512GB storage variant with 16GB RAM.
• The amount is set at Rs 1,74,900.
• There are four colour options available for these Air models: Space Grey, Silver, Starlight, and Midnight.
• Both the new Air models are available for preorder in India as well as in 28 countries. You can buy these from Apple Store and Apple's retail stores from March 8.

Specifications of Apple MacBook Air (2024):

• Apple has introduced two models, which come with 13-inch and 15-inch displays. Both MacBook Air models have the same Liquid Retina panel with a 2,560 x 1,664 pixel resolution. Its peak brightness is 500 nits.
  Both of these new MacBook Air models come with the M3 processor, which also powers the MacBook Pro (2023) models.
• Additionally, the laptops also come with a new 16-core Neural Engine, which will boost its on-device machine learning.
• This would make it the world's best consumer laptop for AI, including the AV1 decode engine for video streaming.
• Regarding the new chipset, Apple claims that it makes the model 60 per cent faster than the M1 laptop and 13 times faster than the fastest Intel-based MacBook Air.
• Talking about storage, the laptop is paired with up to 16GB of RAM and can be configured with up to 24GB of RAM.
• It also has SSD inbuilt storage up to 512GB which can be configured up to 2TB.
• The new MacBook Air models also get a MagSafe 3 charging port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and two Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports.
