Today Apple is going to have a mega event in which four new iPhones are going to be launched under the iPhone 16 series. Apart from this, Watch X can also be launched in this Apple event. Although Apple Watch Series 10 is going to be launched but the 10th version is presented as X. This has happened with the iPhone before this. Watch X will be an upgraded version of Apple Watch Series 9 launched last year.

According to Amar Ujala, it is being said in a leaked report that Watch X will be introduced in two sizes 41mm and 45mm. Upgraded ECG and heart rate sensors will be available with Watch X. Apart from this, many new features will also be available. It is also being said that it can be given a feature to detect sleep apnea, that is, if someone's breathing stops while sleeping, then this watch can detect it.

The new report also adds that health data collection may get an update too. For instance, new algorithms in the Health app of the iPhone will be able to read data collected by the heart rate sensor to detect atrial fibrillation.

As it is today, the Apple Watch Series 9 is rated up to 50 meters for water resistance, though it is not designed for scuba diving. The Apple Watch Ultra is water-resistant to as far as 100 meters, making it usable in high-speed water sports, reaching as far as 40 meters in depth.

The report further adds that the Apple Watch Series 10 will be suitable for high-speed water sports up to 20 meters of depth. The new smartwatch is also likely to receive support for Apple's Depth app, which currently is available only on the Watch Ultra.
