Another student dies in Rajasthan, body found in bathroom; had reached Kota four months ago to prepare for IIT
Kushagra, a student from Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, who was taking coaching for IIT in Kota, Rajasthan, died under suspicious circumstances on Monday. He was found unconscious in his room in the hostel located in old Rajiv Gandhi Nagar in the morning. He was admitted to a private hospital and died during treatment. A coaching student from Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, who was taking the IIT coaching in Kota, Rajasthan, died under suspicious circumstances on Monday. He was found unconscious in his room in the morning. Under suspicion of feeling unwell, he was admitted to a private hospital, where his treatment took his life. According to the police, Kushagra came to Kota in April this year.
His mother had also come two days back and she was in the room. Kushagra went to the bathroom to take a bath at about 10 in the morning. As he didn't come out after 15 minutes, his mother went to see. The bathroom gate open, Kushagra was lying unconscious. With the help of hostel staff, he was taken to the hospital.
How the death occurred has not been clear. The post-mortem of the body will happen only after Kushagra's father reaches Kota. The father will reach Kota on Tuesday. It is pertinent to mention that so far this year 14 coaching students in Kota have died.
