Some people have faced several problems while going to the transport offices of the country to get a driving license. All the major problems come during the driving test. As only novices go for the license, who make mistakes. But think, even if you know driving and have passed the test, how would you feel if you had to give a bribe?

This has happened with a person living in Bangalore, he shared his agony on social media. He told how he was asked for a bribe at the Bangalore Regional Transport Office (RTO) and he shared the experience on social media.

The man said that he had gone for a driving test at the Kasturi Nagar RTO and claimed to have successfully cleared the driving test for the license but soon after completing the test, a person at the gate asked him for Rs 1,000.

He further said that he was feeling confident after clearing the driving test. But he was told that this payment is necessary for the license process. The man wrote that other persons waiting in the line had also paid the same amount. He said that it seemed quite normal that people have to give.

He became a bit suspicious about the money being demanded, so he told the person requesting the bribe that he didn't have cash. The amount could also be paid through PhonePe, the person said. After this, unwillingly he had to pay the money. Then the person called someone to take the process further.

In his Reddit post, the Bengaluru resident expressed regret, wishing he had resisted the demand. "I don't know why I'm typing this, but I wish I'd stood up for it more. At the time, I was just thinking about my license," he wrote.
