Ambani gifted a house worth 1500 crores to the employee

Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani has recently bought a house worth Rs 1500 crore for an employee working in his company for 43 years. This employee is Manoj Modi, who is not only considered Mukesh Ambani's right hand but also his close friend and classmate.
Both had studied together at the University Department of Chemical Technology in Mumbai. When Mukesh Ambani started working in Reliance, he also called Manoj with him. Manoj Modi has been working in Reliance Industries since 1980. Mukesh Ambani trusts Manoj Modi the most to take major business decisions.
Manoj Modi is highly respected in the Ambani family and acts as a mentor for the children. In 2016, Manoj Modi's daughter was married at Mukesh Ambani's house in Mumbai. Manoj Modi, who was made the CEO of Reliance Retail in 2007, has worked with all three generations of the Ambani family.
According to the report of property website Magic Bricks, the name of the house received by Manoj as a gift is 'Vrindavan'. This house worth Rs 1500 crores is built on Napean-Sea Road and this area is one of the most posh areas of Mumbai.
The 22-storey building is built over an area of 1.7 lakh sq ft and each floor is spread over 8000 sq ft. The designers of the home are Talati & Partners LLP. 7 floors of the building are reserved for car parking only. Sea view can be seen from 3 sides of the house. According to media reports, the furniture of the house is also very special, which has been imported from Italy.
Presently Manoj Modi is working on the post of director of Reliance Jio and Reliance Retail. Manoj has worked with all three generations of the Ambani family. He started work in Reliance under the leadership of Dhirubhai Ambani. Then also working with Mukesh Ambani and his son-daughters Isha-Akash-Anant Ambani.
Manoj is called the mastermind of the company. Manoj Modi has handled big projects like Mukesh Ambani's Hazira Petrochemical, Jamnagar Refinery, Telecom Business and Reliance Retail. Manoj Modi had done tremendous dealings between contractors and businessmen while working at Jamnagar Refinery.
It was only after this project that Manoj Modi became a favourite of Mukesh Ambani. Manoj Modi has also been the brain behind Reliance's Jio service. Manoj was also instrumental in the $5.7 billion deal with Facebook Inc.
