Constable Manjeet Singh who is posted at a cyber cell at Bhiwadi has alleged assault. According to him, the people at Omaxe Society assaulted him and even looted his car. A case to this effect even has been registered by the constable with the police station at Bhiwadi. According to the information, the occurrence is reported to have happened late at night. In the complaint given by the constable, the people in the society have accused that he went to Omaxe Society to feed the son of his aunt. He gave food to the security man and reversed the car towards the gate for return. Then on the way, when he slowed the car at the spot near the barrier, one person Ajit Yadav standing at the spot started abusing him. According to the report filed by Manjeet, Ajit asked him to get out of the car. As soon as he got out of the car, Ajit and his companions caught hold of his collar and started slapping him. Meanwhile, Ashish, Pawan, Sahib, Ram Singh Ashok, Society Secretary Ajit Singh, Hansraj Bhadana and Ramesh Jat surrounded him.

All of them later started slapping and beating Manjeet with sticks and also snatched his car. Manjeet informed one of his friends about this incident by calling him. Apart from this, the victim Manjeet has also submitted the video of the assault in a pen drive to the police. The police have started investigating this incident. In this case, the people of the society have already registered a case of beating up the society guard and the housekeeper and breaking their heads with sticks after getting intoxicated with alcohol. As soon as the president of the RWA of the society registered this case against Constable Manjeet, on the same day Bhiwadi SP Jyeshtha Maitreyi took strict action in the case and suspended Constable Manjeet. The investigation of this case has been handed over to Bhiwadi DSP Kailash Chaudhary. Overall, the case was first registered against constable Manjeet and before any action could be taken in this case, this counter report has been filed by Manjeet.
