Air Force gets new operational branch on Air Force Day: Flying training expenses will come down, and the government will save Rs 3400 crore
For the first time in the country after independence, a new operational bench is being created for the Air Force. The government has approved its construction. This information was given by Air Force Chief VR Choudhary on the occasion of Air Force Day. With the formation of this branch, the government will save more than Rs 3,400 crore by cutting the cost of flying training.
Celebrations are being done on the occasion of the 90th Raising Day of the Indian Air Force at Sukhna Lake in Chandigarh. During this, Air Chief Marshal made this announcement.
Air Chief Marshal said the Weapon Systems Branch will operate surface-to-surface missiles, surface-to-air missiles, remote pilot aircraft and twin and multi-crew aircraft. VR Choudhary also said that we are launching a new pattern of Combat Uniform for the personnel on the 90th anniversary of the Indian Air Force.
