A trainee cadet committed suicide on Saturday at the Air Force Technical College (AFTC) in Bangalore. The investigation was going on against the 27-year-old cadet who committed suicide. The cadet has found a seven-page suicide note in the room. It mentions six officers with the ranks of Air Commander, Wing Commander and Group Captain. All the officers have been arrested.
Cadet Ankit Kumar Jha, who committed suicide, was a resident of Delhi. A court of inquiry was ordered against a woman on the allegation of misbehaviour during training. He was also suspended from duty till the completion of the investigation. It is being told that since then he started getting very upset.
After the suicide, Ankit's family alleged that he was continuously harassed and harassed in college. Ankit's brother Aman has lodged an FIR. Aman also alleged in his complaint that the evidence had been tampered with.
A senior police officer told PTI - The reason behind the death is not yet known. Investment continues. Ankit Jha was found hanging in an AFTC room. All other officers have been arrested.
