After the Moon, India is now preparing to go to Venus! ISRO chief also gave new update regarding Surya mission
ISRO Chairman S Somnath has given an update about the next mission after Chandrayaan-3. He said that ISRO's next target is to launch the Aditya L-1 mission. Along with this, he said that the launch date of this mission will also be announced soon. He told the media that India has the capability to travel to the Moon, Mars, and Venus.

After the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the moon, the whole country is proud of ISRO. Meanwhile, ISRO Chairman S Somnath has said that India can touch many more heights in the space sector, for which it needs investment and cooperation.
In fact, while answering media questions, S Somnath said, "India has the capability to travel to the Moon, Mars, and Venus, but we need to increase our confidence. We need more investment." And there should be development of space sector. It should lead to the development of the entire country, that is our mission. We are ready to fulfill the vision that PM Modi gave us."
After the successful mission of Chandrayaan-3 from ISRO, the preparations for the Sun Mission have started. Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) chief S Somnath said on Saturday that the country's first solar mission Aditya-L1 is ready and will be launched in the first week of September.
He said, "Aditya-L1 satellite is ready. It has reached Sriharikota and is attached to PSLV. ISRO's next target is to launch it. The launch will happen in the first week of September. The date will be announced within two days." The Aditya-L1 satellite will go into elliptical orbit after launch and from there it will travel to the L1 point, which will take about 120 days."
ISRO scientists are being applauded everywhere after the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3. Not only the country, the space agencies of foreign countries have considered ISRO as iron. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also went straight to Bengaluru to meet ISRO scientists after returning from the BRICS summit. During this, he praised the scientists for the successful mission of ISRO and talked about further cooperation.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday met ISRO scientists in Bengaluru and announced that August 23 will be celebrated as National Space Day every year to commemorate Chandrayaan-3's landing on the Moon.
Besides this, PM Modi also announced that the Vikram lander's touchdown spot on the Moon's surface would henceforth be known as 'Shiv Shakti' Point, while the Chandrayaan-2 lunar landing point would be called 'Tiranga' Point.
PM Modi said that this 'Shiv Shakti' point will inspire the coming generations to use science for the welfare of the people. The welfare of the people is our highest commitment.
