Currently, the market capitalization (MCAP) of Adani Group has increased by more than Rs 50501 crore in a single day due to the increase in share prices of all Adani Group companies. Billionaire Gautam Adani's Adani Group's investors have made bumper profits today. Today, due to the rally in the shares of all the companies of Adani Group, the market capitalization (mCap) of Adani Group has registered an increase of more than Rs 50,501 crore in a single day.
The total market capitalization of 10 Adani group companies was over Rs 10.6 lakh crore at the end of trading on BSE on Tuesday, higher by Rs 10,501.26 crore from last year's m-cap of around Rs 10.1 lakh crore, according to stock exchange data. According to market experts, the reason for the rise in share prices is the interest of domestic investors.
Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL), and NDTV touched the upper circuit by the end of trading today. Today AGEL shares gained 10 percent and Adani Power shares gained 9.3 percent. NDTV reached the upper circuit limit, registering a gain of 4.99 percent and the stock closed at Rs 238.75.
Apart from this, shares of Adani Enterprises rose by 2 percent, due to which the mcap of Adani Enterprises increased to Rs 2.81 lakh crore. Adani Transmission's share gained nearly 8 percent over its previous close and company's share price rose to Rs 834.80 and Adani Transmission's mcap stood at Rs 93,121 crore.
Adani Wilmar shares gained 4.57 percent, taking its current share price to Rs 416.65, and the mcap rose to Rs 54,151 crore.
ATGL saw a gain of 5 percent, taking its market cap to Rs 72,856 crore. Adani Ports gained 1.90 percent to Rs 749.35 and the mcap rose to Rs 1,61,870 crore.
Adani's cement sector stock Ambuja Cements rose 4.10 percent today, taking its market cap to Rs 87,418 crore. While ACC shares gained 4.83 percent, increasing its market cap to Rs 35,528 crore.
Result of various investor confidence-building measures taken by Adani Group
The recent jump in Adani Group's market value reflects various investor confidence-building measures implemented by the group in the wake of the Hindenburg Report, which has resulted in the group's market value rising from a post-Hindenburg low of Rs 6.5 lakh crore to over Rs 10.6 lakh crore.
