The film's co-producer Karan Johar tweeted on Saturday that the worldwide opening collection of Brahmastra has been Rs 75 crores.
Filmmaker-writer Ere Mridula Cathar had described the figures of Brahmastra as 'manipulated' in a tweet. He had written, "Some trade analysts are not giving Brahmastra box office figures because they have been completely manipulated. Those who are joking with fake box office figures are paid big money. This India This could be the biggest manipulation ever. 60-70% of the figures are fake."
Sharing this tweet on her story, Kangana wrote, 'Wow, 70 percent...this is a new low for Brahmastra'. According to box office india.com, Brahmastra opened in India at 37 crores and the film has made a box office collection of 76 crores in two days.
Kangana shared a screenshot of the negative review given to Brahmastra on Saturday, writing, "When you try to sell lies. Karan Johar forces people to call Ranbir-Alia the best actors and Ayan Mukerji geniuses in every show. People slowly started believing this lie. Karan gave Rs 600 crores to a director who didn't make a good film in his career."
Kangana had further said, "Now their factionalism is cutting them only. PR of the baby from marriage controlled the media, put KRK in jail, bought reviews and even bought tickets. These people are all dishonest. But can't make a good honest film." At the same time, he also said that those who call Ayan Mukerji a genius should be put in jail.
