54-year-old Hindu woman murdered in Delhi

A case of killing a Hindu woman and burying her body has come to light in Delhi. Police said that the body of the woman was taken out from the cemetery on Wednesday. She had gone missing 10 days ago i.e. on January 2, after which the family lodged a missing complaint at Mangolpuri police station. In this case, the police have arrested four accused.
Police said the woman has been identified as 54-year-old Meena. She had gone missing from Mangolpuri on 2 January. The family of the deceased suspected Mobin. He gave this information to the police. When he was strictly interrogated in custody, he confessed to the murder. Along with this, it was also told where the dead body was buried. He also told the names of his accomplices Rehan and Naveen.
Outer Delhi DCP Harendra Kumar Singh said that after the woman was reported missing, the team of Mangolpuri police station started looking for her. Based on the CCTV, it was found that the woman was last seen with Mobin and Naveen. During interrogation, the accused told that he had taken the woman to his room. After this, he was murdered by pressing his face with a pillow.
Police said that the woman used to work in finance. The accused were not returning the money taken from him. The woman was constantly asking for money, so the accused killed her. According to media reports, the police have also arrested Syed Ali, the caretaker of the cemetery in this case, who took Rs 5000 from the accused and allowed the dead body to be buried in the cemetery. At present, an investigation is going into the matter.
