Mercedes Benz has discontinued the sale of four vehicles in India, namely, A-Class Sedan, EQA, QQB, and EQE SUV. These vehicles have also been removed from the official website of Mercedes Benz. Mercedes-Benz is now concentrating on luxury vehicles. The decision opens the doors for the newly launched CLA EV, which will be launched on April 24, 2026.

A-Class Limousine was launched in March 2021 and was the least expensive car from Mercedes-Benz in India. Its price range varied from ₹4.46 lakh to ₹45.92 lakh (ex-showroom). Following its discontinuation, GLA SUV became the least expensive car from Mercedes, priced around ₹51.80 lakh (ex-showroom).
